Raw Material Inspection: Starting with the raw material, we accept and use only superior steel, aluminum and yarn from well-known suppliers, and we shall undertake random inspections and third-party testing of the raw material after it arrives at the factory, which can make sure all of the material is our in need and ensure the products manufactured by Zhongjia will have a stable quality.

During the manufacturing process: We will arrange with special quality inspectors at the end of each production line to check the quality of each.

Before shipment: We have professional quality inspectors who inspect all aspects of the products, including product performance, quality, surface, packaging, markings etc, and will send the inspection report to customer, ensure the quality is no problem, then shipped.

Zhongjia has a professional quality inspection and testing center where we test the raw material and finished products for break strength, salt spray test etc. Composition detection is the foundation to ensure the raw material indeed. Finished products inspection is the core of ensuring the quality. Moreover, quality is not an empty call in Zhongjia. It is in our blood. Besides all inspections and testing, our day to day operation and activities has become part of our quality control system, making us stand out from our competitors.
