DOCUMENT & TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT
Transportation department staff are experienced and responsible. Especially in COVID-19 pandemic, ocean freight increased sharply and insufficient shipping space, our colleagues could always help customers book the space in advance at a preferential price, which make us get highly praised by our clients.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
With at least 20-year of working experience in the industry, it is easy for us to R&D based on customers’ drawing or samples, our R&D staff has helped more than 800 customers develop new products or optimize their original products and applied for over 25 patents.
QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
Our QC Department consists of raw material inspection, sampling inspection during production and finished products inspection. Each step the QC Department does is to ensure the good quality of products for our customers.
Production Merchandiser Department
Each customer has a specialized production merchandiser to be responsible for tracking the order production status and giving feedback to sales in time. Then our sales will update the production status to customer every week.
